Scholarships
The Jim Howard EMS Scholarship Fund, Inc is a Florida Non-profit Organization with 501-3-C status. The organization was developed to raise money to fund Paramedic school scholarships.
Scholarship Program
We provide scholarships for local paramedic students. We know that EMS is a calling and we would like to help individuals obtain their goals.
2024 Scholarship Recipients
Scholarship applications are due by May 1st. Scholarships are awarded during EMS Week at the ShandsCair Critical Care Conference.
The scholarships are available to individuals in North Central and Central Florida, including the Panhandle and Southern Alabama and Southern Georgia. Students must be accepted into an accredited Paramedic Program or currently enrolled.
Fundraising
We hold various fundraising events throughout the year to raise money for our scholarships.
Donations are also accepted and are greatly appreciated. Please join us in our mission to support the future of emergency medical services.
